I enjoyed a short interview recently, hosted by James at Meet the Elite, a podcast that shares the work of business professionals.
I feel very fortunate to have recently been asked to appear on the Breakfast Show on the Voice of Islam Radio and to be interviewed by two lovely presenters, Mr Sharjeel Ahmad and Mr Muhammad Ather. It was also a joy to have the opportunity to lead one minute of mindfulness practice for the thousands of listeners in the UK and internationally.
Mindful Eating is a remarkable way of bringing joy into our lives, while at the same time supporting our physical and emotional wellbeing, helping to transform our relationship with food and with our bodies. Mental Health Awareness Week is an important reminder for us to take care of our mental health and to watch out for the mental health of our colleagues, family and friends. But doing this isn't just for 1 week in the year - we need to do it all the time!
