Every month, we get together at the Quaker Centre, Milton Keynes to practice mindfulness meditation in a tranquil and peaceful setting. Numbers are only limited by the space available.
The drop-in is open to people at all levels of practice, whether you are a complete beginner or have been practicing for years. Each class is different and is therefore suitable for those who have attended previous classes.
Booking is required and each class can be booked through our Facebook page up to about 1 month before or on EventBrite up to about 2 weeks before.

3rd Thursday (with a few exceptions) – 7pm – 9pm
