After consultation, most sessions of therapy, mindfulness or coaching last between 60 and 90 minutes.
I will never try to sell you more sessions than you need. For some conditions and issues, a single session may be enough. For others, three or six sessions is recommended. During the consultation, we will discuss and agree a therapy plan appropriate to your needs.

You may be surprised to learn that a single session is often effective in supporting people who want to quit smoking. If a second session is helpful, this is offered at no additional charge.
You may want to compare this to the cost of smoking, which for someone who smokes 20 cigarettes a day, is around £2,000 a year.
As part of the Quit 4 Life Progamme, I make a donation to Cancer Research UK for every client I see for smoking cessation.

Some public classes are free with Dana (a voluntary donation to support the teacher, which is often used to support those that can't afford to attend to do so)
