What People Say

I treated myself to five one-to-one monthly coaching/teaching sessions with Tony. I was experiencing one of the most challenging times of my life and wanted to develop my mindfulness practice, especially in regard to living with physical pain. Working with Tony has helped me to feel more grounded and given me more resources to hold onto my joy each day. I also feel far better equipped to use mindful practice in relation to pain. I feel very grateful.

Excellent - delivered through an online session to a large number of particpants, so much achieved in such a short time. The most useful part of the course was time to reflect and consider the content and then how i can use that to improve upon my own feelings and interpretation by others. The explanations of mindfulness and emotions were useful and the relaxation techniques which I know I'll find very useful when a stressful situation arises.

Before I came to do this course, I was rather desperate to find a way of managing my emotions, stress and anxiety issues. I found mindfulness to be the perfect tool for this. I am now beginning to feel a lot more together and find that Tony has enlightened me with an important knowledge that we are all entitled to. It’s now become a way of life for me . It can only get better from here. As a teacher of mindfulness, Tony is a natural. I can’t think of anyone who is more suited to it than he is.

I was unsure of what to expect when I started my sessions but working with Tony was a great experience. Tony reflects true professionalism, he is understanding, calm and patient. I did a few sessions online to start with followed by a few in-person sessions. Tony’s therapy room is tranquil, peaceful and a number of safety measures have been put in place to make it COVID-secure. Each session I had with Tony was specifically tailored for me with great attention to detail, care and thought. Tony was extremely supportive and encouraging during my sessions, he was always available to answer my questions and provide me with support when I needed it.
