More About Tony
I feel so fortunate to have had many opportunities and experiences that bring me to where I am today, a place where I’m able to help people overcome challenges and difficulties and to live happy, healthy and productive lives.
I’ve been practicing meditation for more than 25 years, originally Vipassana (insight) meditation and then training in mindfulness practice in 2012. I qualified as a workplace coach around the same time with The OCM and have supported many people to develop workplace resilience and to advance in their careers.
In 2017, I trained as a mindfulness teacher with the UK College of Mindfulness Meditation and am a member of the national training team, offering the Mindfulness Now Teacher Training Course in London.
Following a 2-year period of training, I obtained my Diploma in Clinical Hypnotherapy in 2019 from the UK College of Clinical Hypnosis and completed further training with the National Council for Hypnotherapy. I’m now a trainer for the UK College too.
I’m a practitioner of mindfulness in the Plum Village style, a tradition taught by Buddhist Zen Master, Thich Nhat Hanh.
I’m vegan and describe myself as a peace activist. I live in Milton Keynes, UK, a beautiful green city in the heart of England.
