More About Tony
I’ve been very fortunate to have had many opportunities and experiences to bring me to where I am today, a position where I’m able to help people experiencing a wide range of challenges and difficulties.
I’ve been practicing meditation for more than 20 years, originally learning Vipassana (insight) meditation and then training in mindfulness practice in 2014. I qualified as a workplace coach that year with The OCM and have supported many people to develop workplace resilience and to advance or change careers.
In 2017, I trained as a mindfulness teacher with the UK College of Mindfulness Meditation and am licensed to deliver the national Mindfulness Now Programme. Following a 2-year period of training, I obtained my Diploma in Clinical Hypnotherapy in 2019 from the Central England College of Clinical Hypnosis.
I’m a practitioner of mindfulness in the Plum Village style, a tradition taught by Buddhist Zen Master, Thich Nhat Hahn.
I’m vegan and describe myself as a peace activist. I live with my husband, Ken, and our beautiful Shiba Inu dog, Inuki.
