I am very happy to once again offer the community a drop-in each month during 2021.
Every month has a different theme, but we will practice a combination of mindfulness meditation, mindful movement, discussions on mindfulness attitudes and other helpful topics and the practices of compassion for self and loving kindness to all.
No prior experience is needed to join the drop-in. It is equally suitable for experienced practitioners and complete beginners!
If you have a suggestion for topics for discussion or practices you would like to see more of, please get in touch. You may also like to share something yourself, such as a meditation, a reading or poem, in fact anything that will help the community to generate more mindfulness and may ease our individual and collective suffering and welcome joy into our lives.

Registration is required and you will find the event listed on Facebook and EventBrite afew weeks before each event date.
I do not charge a set fee for drop-ins, but a donation is welcomed. You can make a donation from as little as £2 online.
