We had such a beautiful retreat at Terapia in August 2024, so we are doing it again in 2025. This will be another lovely opportunity to come and spend a Midsummer Day at the beautiful Terapia Centre in Finchley, North London, immersing ourselves in the healing power of mindfulness, reconnecting with ourselves and with each other. A wonderful opportunity to enjoy a relaxing and rejuvenating summer retreat, reconnecting with yourself, while also connecting with other mindfulness teachers and practitioners.

We’ll be at the delightful Terapia Centre at Stephens House and Gardens in Finchley, North London. Terapia is our favourite venue in London, surrounded by beautiful parks and woodland, where we can immerse ourselves in nature.

The day includes:

  • Mindful walking in the beautiful gardens
  • Forest bathing
  • Mindful movement and deep relaxation (bring your yoga mat)
  • Precious moments of stillness and silence
  • A special guided meditation to nourish positive energy and joy, written by Tony just for this retreat day
  • A chance to chat with other teachers and practitioners over a shared lunch
  • Unlimited refreshments
  • Certificate with 6 hours of CPD
