It is guaranteed to teach you the skills you need to transform your life!
It uses a powerful combination of mindfulness, hypnotherapy and coaching to deliver results!
How does it work?
The Mindful Eating 6-Step Programme has been developed to transform your relationship with food and with your body, and to increase your self-confidence and happiness.
The approach combines awareness skills developed through mindfulness, confidence building through hypnotherapy and action-focused goal-setting through coaching.
In addition, you will learn Cognitive Mood Processing (from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) to transform difficult thoughts into more helpful ones, Emotional Freedom Technique, proven to help you manage cravings and gentle Mindful Movement to help stimulate your metabolism and release endorphins.
Individually, each of these tools is shown to be effective in supporting individuals to manage their weight. Combined, they are a powerful force to transform your life.
The programme is a rapid intervention, typically being conducted over a period of 6 weeks.
Each week consists of some online material for you to complete alone, which includes meditations, inspiring readings, suggested movement activities and mindful eating skills.
Learning from the online material is then reinforced with a 1-hour, one-to-one online coaching or hypnotherapy session with me each week.
At the end of the 6 weeks, depending on your progress and wish, you may sign up to a further 6 sessions of coaching and hypnotherapy to support you to maintain your progress towards your goals. The frequency of these sessions can be every week, every two weeks or every month, depending on what you need.

What are the six steps in more detail?
Step 1: Let Go Of Your Past
Sometimes we can hold onto an ideal image of how we used to be and feel unfulfilled because we can’t return to that. Other times, we are filled with regret and guilt for the choices we have made and keep beating ourselves up, over and over again. And then there’s all the hurt we’ve experienced in the past, which we just can’t seem to forget.
All of these emotional states can hold us back from focusing on what we can change in the here and now. The first step in the programme is letting go of your past.
I work with you to acknowledge what has happened in the past, then say goodbye to it so that you create some space for new possibilities.
Step 2: Believe In Your Future
You may have already tried dieting, exercise, therapy and starving yourself. You might even have tried these things, and more, on many occasions, going round on the merry-go-round.
It won’t be a surprise then that you just can’t believe in the possibility of feeling better and looking better. But it is possible and it’s really important that you do believe that, because belief is a fantastic motivator.
I will help you to visualise your new future and increase your motivation and self-belief so that you are ready to take on board the new skills and practices more easily.
Step 3: Practice Your New Skills
It’s not enough just to want something to change – very little in life works that way. But with the right skills, and with your commitment to practicing them over and over again, change will happen.
It is simply a case of learning, practicing and repeating, until the new skills become a new habit. In time, that habit is just part of who you are and your daily routine. In time, you won’t need to make any effort at all.
I will teach you some very practical skills which are proven to transform your relationship with food and allow you to enjoy food more than you ever have before.
Step 4: Take Control of Your Cravings
Once you’ve mastered the new skills, the old habit patterns won’t magically disappear. They will keep raising their head and calling for your attention.
This is where many people fall down and return to old ways.
I will guide your subconscious mind to realise that you don’t want or need the old ways at all. I will teach you Emotional Freedom Technique, which is very effective in taking care of ourselves when cravings arise. You will create new, helpful thought and behaviour patterns to replace the old, unhelpful ones.
Step 5: Love Yourself
Once you’ve let go of the past, started to believe in the future and have learned mindful eating skills and skills to manage your cravings, it’s time to explore your relationship with your body and all the things you tell yourself about your body and what you can and can’t do.
I will coach you to challenge your negative self-talk and your limiting assumptions and will guide you to develop loving kindness towards yourself and your body.
You will experience individual self-love, healing and be motivated to continue your journey.
Step 6: Fall Down, Get Up Again
In the past, slipping up on the journey may have been a good reason for you to give up, feeling like you just can’t do it. Perhaps you have had success in the past and felt you could safely return to old ways, but this has caused you problems further down the line.
Falling over and slipping up are perfectly normal and not something to become distressed about.
I will teach you how to view these events from a more helpful perspective and to stop judging yourself negatively. With these skills you will be more motivated and determined to succeed.
