Mindfulness for Schools and Colleges

This two-part mindfulness training is especially made for teachers and staff in Schools and Colleges. ‘Developing Mindfulness’ focuses on learning and practicing personal mindfulness, while ‘Transmitting Mindfulness’ provides skills and resources to transmit the practice to pupils and the wider school or college community.
