The Mindfulness Now course is a groundbreaking flagship course. It provides thorough training in all major aspects of mindfulness practice. It was developed by the UK College of Mindfulness Meditation and incorporates aspects of the nationally-recognised Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction course and the Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy course.
