One of the wonderful things about practising Mindfulness is that there is really no right or wrong way to do it. Providing we are aware in the present moment, we are being mindful.
It helps to remind ourselves of what works for us and a little note in a prominent place in the house, the office, the workshop or wherever you are going to see it regularly, can be a great source of inspiration.
Your note to self doesn’t have to be the same as this one – in fact it’s better if it isn’t! Having said that, I love the idea of becoming ‘a detective’ and the advice to ‘keep on waking up’.
Find out what works for you and create your own note and stick it somewhere prominent. Perhaps take a picture of it and add it as a wallpaper on your phone.
